Comprehensive trust based estate plan (Single/Joint)

• Includes Revocable Living Trust (Outright or at ages 25, 35, 40)

• Will

• Certification of Trust, Nomination of Guardian, and Advance Healthcare Directive are also included.

• One Trust Transfer Deed and directions to record by mail included (County recording fees are around $110 and are the responsibility of the client). To record at the filing window for same day filing, we offer a third party attorney service, $100, totaling the recording fees and filing service fee.

The client assumes the obligation to fund the trust unless he separately engages us to assist with trust funding in a separate agreement.

• Preparation of Preliminary Change of Title Report (PCOR)

• Two meetings conducted by video conference (FaceTime, Duo, Zoom, or Skype). Our goal is to minimize your legal fees and allow you to pick the level of services that fits your needs.

A mandatory consultation fee of $150 applies for the initial video conference unless the client purchases the estate planning package

• E-Delivery of documents within 14 business days unless otherwise specified (Sign and notarize on your own; AAA and most banks offer free notary services. We can assist you in scheduling a signing meeting with a mobile notary at your expense). Any notary fees are the responsibility of the client.

A Signed Written retainer agreement and payment of $3,500 due and payable at time of engagement.

Divorced families, or other plans with complications from tax or non tax issues that require custom drafting do not qualify for this plan that 95% of families do qualify for.
